At Freck Beauty, we want you to love your look, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be at least 50% full to qualify.

Start Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and securely package your items in their original boxes if possible.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until your refund has been fully processed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
