When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

Is Freck Beauty cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! We are proud to be 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your glow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please check our shipping page at checkout to see if your country is listed and to view applicable customs fees and delivery times.

How do I use Freck OG, The Original Freckle?

Simply dip the brush into the formula and tap it onto your skin in small clusters. For a more natural look, blot the dots with your fingertip to diffuse the pigment before it sets.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because we work quickly to get your order out the door, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming.
